Exploring Calm is our ever-popular weekly mindfulness and meditation session, created and facilitated by a Balance Peer Support Worker.

Learn new ways to relax, breathe and release stress using techniques from Qi Gong, Tai Chi, acupressure points and guided meditation, plus more!

This is a relaxed group held onsite at our Balance premises every Monday 9:30 til 11am and is open to all Balance members.
